Abstract

Education today  means that investing of human or social capital to build a owned intellectual community. Some define education as the process of transferring knowledge from one generation to another. By investing in education, The main objective of this study is to explore the relationship between Islamic perspective  and management change under Islamic higher education institutions and the strategic role played by each alumni in the development of communities and countries.
