The Emerging E-Commerce Logistics Technology in Improving Supply Chain Management Sustainability

Abstract

Electronic commerce is essential to the daily buying behavior of consumers. It also makes online shopping for customers more convenient and more popular. Running a successful e-commerce business requires efficient logistics. Logistics in electronic commerce need to transport more products to individual customers. The development of logistics processes in electronic commerce will contribute to effective transportation. Cloud computing technologies can offer logistics processes in electronic commerce. The objective of this study was to investigate the focuses on cloud computing of big data applications by analyzing the perspectives in the logistics of supply-chain management in electronic commerce. This study will identify how cloud computing technology to develop electronic commerce logistics in supply chain management for sustainability. Optimal cloud computing platform serves e-commerce logistics process of supply chain management, which greatly improved effective usability, and finally, it affects the efficient transportation of the electronic commerce.
