Islamic civilization (distinguished from other civilizations) is the strength of the foundation which may be synonymous to other civilization is based on a unity of God which stands completely against any racial or ethnic discrimination. In Islamic civilization, sovereignty belongs to Allah only. Its essential purpose is setting up a collective justice, equality and brotherhood. Therefore, the Islamic State will avail all the means thereby, virtue and welfare along with all its utilities, to attain the required purpose Islam bases. The splendor of the Islamic civilization, which was headed by Muslims at one time, must be returned to the Muslims again for further expansion.
