Abstract

This study has aim to reduce the risk of postoperative complications of surgical treatment of patients with acute cholecystitis on the base of alaboration of optimal tactics of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. This study has been performed on the base of research results of 162 patients with acute cholecystitis who had laparoscopic cholecystectomy finished with conversion cholecystectomy. Clinical experience of using traditional and conversion laparoscopic surgery in patients with acute and chronic cholecystitis, with cholelithiasis has been integrated on this material, and also comparative assessment of this methods performed. The analysis of the causes of conversion of the laparoscopic cholecystectomy to traditional cholecystectomy done, and also estimate of probability of such conversion has been implemented. Complex of organizational-methodical and tactical-technical prevention measures of intra- and postoperative complications of traditional and conversion Endosurgery has been worked out and introduced by authors.
