Abstract

The research paper analyzes the actual state of professional education in Kosovo, as well as the immediate need for changing this training based on market requirements. The primary objective of this paper is to combine the educational systems and adequate professional training with the economic and institutional context in the country, relying on European experiences. The idea of ​​researching the problem of vocational education arose from the concept of working in a society where in a country with a developing economy, especially in a country that ranks last in the region in terms of income and resources and high.
