Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems associated with combating corruption, restricting the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the Russian Federation during the period of the situation that arose as a result of the spread of a disease that poses a danger to others, that is, a new coronavirus infection (COVID 19). The normative legal acts concerning the state of emergency and the emergency situation, as well as legislative possibilities for imposing restrictions on the rights and freedoms of man and citizen are analyzed.


Based on the analysis of the current situation in Russia and the world, conclusions about the presence of violations of federal legislation, the article formulates general proposals for the normative consolidation of restrictions on the rights and freedoms of man and citizen introduced in the country.
