Abstract

Socio-cultural dynamics of scientific knowledge in recent years has been associated with the transition from the institutional organization of the education system (the so-called "industrial" type) to the ecosystem of open education. The paper considers the basic principles of the development of interaction between participants and the functions of scientific and educational interaction. The main result of the development of the scientific and educational network as an important form of the educational ecosystem is the steady growth of self-organization and self-development of subjects of joint network innovation activity in the interests of creating effective collective intellectual property objects.
