Abstract

Improving the quality of education in Indonesia has experienced a less than optimal increase in the process of equalizing the quality of education in Indonesia. The education quality assurance system, especially the assessment of accreditation, has not worked optimally in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze the regression model of the accreditation criteria on the value of the high school level accreditation. The analysis used is descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis using secondary data from educational institutions. The results showed that the accreditation assessment model formed was Accreditation Value = 0.848 + 0.339 Graduate Quality + 0.280 Learning Process + 0.165 Teacher Quality + 0.184 S/M Management. Testing of accreditation assessment criteria has a significant effect on the value of accreditation in the Education unit. In determining alternative strategies, the quality criteria for graduates and the learning process are the main factors to be improved in the assessment of high school accreditation in Indonesia.
