Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of personal and organizational factors on work life balance among small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Jordan. The researcher adopted the descriptive and analytical approach to highlight the concepts of the study, and analyses and extract the results through a random sample of 175 member were collected from front desk staff, reception operators, chiefs of staff, director of guest relations at the hotels. To achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire has been made to gather the optimum information from the study sample, and based on that the data has been collected, analysed and tested and the hypotheses have been selected by using the smart PLS. The response rate was 68 percent. The results indicate that all independent variables personal and organizational factors have positive and significant influence on work life balance.
