Abstract
The article presents a mechanism for modeling the structure of the professional image potential of a modern primary education teacher in the process of preparing and developing an empirical study. The article presents the results of organizing and conducting an expert assessment of generalized individual psychological characteristics characterizing the professional image potential identified in the framework of the study, which made it possible to prepare a structural model consisting of four components, including twelve relevant structural components, as well as their classification and ranking in terms of significance.
