Abstract
The personality of Iraq's permanent representative to the United Nations, Abdul Amir Abdul Aziz Al-Anbari, was chosen to shed light on his diplomatic activity in the United Nations, as he held the position of Iraq's permanent representative to that organization for three years from 1990-1992, and those years witnessed important events in Iraq and the region. , especially after the Iraqi military invasion of Kuwait on August 2, 1990, and the accompanying important repercussions at the level of Iraq and the region, as well as at the international level.
